Dr. Liacouras is a very helpful, caring person and is always ready to help with any problems that arise. She recently found me new hearing aids that are so much better than others I have had. The batteries are re- chargeable (rather than having to buy batteries), and she is able to make a Telehealth virtual appointment, and connect to my hearing aids virtually to make adjustments during this initial period of wearing. Being able to do this from the comfort of my home has been amazing. I would highly recommend her!

Met with Dr. Liacouras today for my new Oticon Hearing Aids. She had received my most recent hearing test and had per-configured the new hearing aids. Having tinnitus I was looking for good "masking" as my older hearing aids were lacking in good masking. The masking she programmed was outstanding. She had me hear all the masking options but the one she picked was over and above the best. She helped me set up my smartphone applications, one for controlling the hearing aids and one for remote meetings, which we tested. Dr. Liacouras was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. What is most obvious is that she truly cares about her patients. Also, the office location has plenty of parking and easy access. All and all the appointment was excellent and most rewarding. Thank you Dr. Liacouras!

Dr. Andrea Liacouras at A 2nd Ear fit me with my new hearing aids (Oticon More minirite rechargeable) three weeks ago; I am so impressed at how well I can hear now. My life is so much better now that I don’t have to strain to hear people talking . I can even hear them talking to me from their patios. Telephone calls and TV are no longer a struggle either. I am very impressed with the hearing aids and being rechargeable is also a big plus…no more batteries!! Before I purchased hearing aids, Dr. Liacouras educated me on all of my hearing aid options. She programmed my hearing aids very well and the day of my fitting she helped me connect the hearing aids to my cell phone so I can easily have telehealth follow up appointments and adjustments that are convenient and easy. She is very patient and made sure I understood everything. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she checks in with me to make sure I am successful with my hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Liacouras!
